The New Prague Rules on Efficient Conduct of Proceedings in Int. Arbitration

On 14th of December 2018 a new set of rules on the taking of evidence in arbitration will be released: the Rules on the Efficient Conduct of Proceedings in International Arbitration, also known as the “Prague Rules”.

  • Be aware: possible pitfalls
